What each bill of material specifies
Every page below fixes the parts that make up one SKU, so two quotations can be compared line by line.
A bill of material turns a product name into a list of parts a factory can price. For a corporate order that means the fabric weight, the thread, the trim, the decoration method and the packaging that sit behind a single unit price. Each page in this section names those components for one product family and states the minimum order that construction needs.
The specs are written for buyers who approve a specification before artwork is locked. A procurement lead can forward one page to the supplier, the finance team and the brand owner, and all three are reading the same version of the requirement. Where a component carries a certification, the certificate and its scope are named on the page rather than promised somewhere else.
Prices are quoted in EUR without IVA, and Portuguese invoices carry 23% IVA through Portal das Finanças (AT). If your programme mixes several of these product families, send the quantities together and we will quote the setup cost once across the range instead of once per product.
