When should production start?
Exact timing is fixed after verifying the quantity, stock, decoration, and destination. As a guide: 4–6 weeks for decorated apparel, 6–8 weeks for fully bespoke products, 1–2 weeks for ready-stock items.
Can the order be split across recipients and cities?
Yes. Recipient and label lists must be approved before packing. Cross-border uses DDP, DAP, or European courier services.
Are physical samples available?
The digital proof is part of the agreement. Physical samples depend on the product, stock, and lead time.
How do we verify sustainability claims?
Ask for the document scoped to the specific SKU, material, and certificate validity.
