Portuguese affiliate programmes, network operators and licensed brand teams treat it as the natural Iberian stop on the mid-January affiliate circuit — Lisbon and Porto are a short flight from Barcelona and the floor blends Iberian affiliate teams with the wider European crowd. Booths move fast through lanyards, giveaways and qualified-lead conversations, so artwork, quantities, packaging and the named on-stand recipient need to be locked before production rather than after.

Can the order go straight to the venue?
Only when the organiser or venue has confirmed the freight slot, dock access and named consignee. Many exhibitors split the shipment between Fira Gran Via and a Barcelona hotel.
Can we split the order by audience?
Yes. Booth staff, general giveaways, qualified-lead gifts and VIP kits can be packed and labelled as separate allocations, tied to each audience.
