Each set is long enough to settle a question and short enough to read before a meeting.

The minimum order question has a structural answer rather than a slogan. There are two real costs behind it: setup, such as printer plates, embroidery digitisation and dye house calibration, and the smallest batch a factory can run without wasting a dye vat. A screen printed tee starts at 50 units, and sampling runs often start at 10.

Delivery questions cover the window from quotation to door, the mechanics of a multi drop shipment, EU customs for a cross border delivery and what happens when something goes wrong. Compliance questions cover electronic invoicing through Portal das Finanças (AT), 23% IVA, the sustainability reporting directive, data protection and the ISO standards a supplier is expected to hold.

The remaining sets, on design, printing, packaging, ESG, finance, legal, marketing, sales, AI tooling and procurement, are written for the specific person who has to answer that question inside their own organisation. The answers name the document, the number or the person to ask, so a reply can be given without another round trip.
