How Portuguese teams bought their merch
Nineteen programmes that ran from first brief to final delivery, written with the numbers and with the parts that went wrong.

Programmes, briefs and outcomes
Each story follows the same sequence: the requirement, the quotation, the proof, the run and the result.
These stories are written to be useful rather than flattering. A bank relationship team buying kits for client gifts, a research lab onboarding a hundred scientists, a maritime operator fitting out crew, a brewery opening in a new town: each one carries a different constraint, and each one shows where the cost and the time actually went.
The sequence is consistent. Discovery starts with a requirement interview and a look at the recipient list, then a shortlist of products with mock ups and the minimum order tiers attached. Production starts with a signed off proof and a photo check before dispatch, and the rollout is phased wherever the audience is larger than the first delivery.
Confidentiality is settled before the brief is discussed. Where a client signed a non disclosure agreement, the commercial terms stay out of the published account and only the shape of the programme is described. Portuguese invoicing runs through Portal das Finanças (AT) at 23% IVA on every one of these accounts.
