Certificates, policies and vetting
Each page names the document, its scope and the period it runs to.
The certificates page is the one to check first, because a certificate only means something with its scope attached. An ISO 9001 certificate covers the quality management system of the named entity. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 covers the skin contact safety of a tested material. GOTS covers the processing of organic cotton and GRS covers recycled content. None of them covers a product that was never tested.
The policies cover conduct rather than product. The code of conduct covers suppliers, anti corruption and conflicts of interest, the ethical business practices page sets out how gifts and hospitality are handled, and the whistleblower policy says what happens to somebody who reports a concern.
Supplier vetting is described step by step, so that a buyer can check the process rather than take it on trust, and the transparency report records what we disclose and what we cannot. Data protection and the security certifications cover the systems side, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 and PCI-DSS.
