What each integration does

Each page lists the data that moves, the direction it moves in and the setup it needs.

Integration is mostly about removing re keying. A buyer who has already selected products inside a procurement platform should not have to rebuild the same order in an email, and a finance team should not have to copy a delivery address back into an inventory system by hand. The connectors here move the order, the catalogue, the recipient data or the invoice between two systems.

The e invoice pages matter most for Portuguese accounts. Invoicing runs through Portal das Finanças (AT) at 23% IVA, and the connectors for the main e invoice channels explain which document format is required, how a buyer identifies the taxable entity and what happens when a document is rejected. That part is not optional in Portugal and it is not a manual process.

Most connectors are a one way push with a validation step. The active range is checked against the Portugal catalogue for SKU, minimum order, currency and VAT before anything is submitted. Setup is a short configuration session, and we run it with the system owner in the room rather than handing over a document and hoping.
