Tiers, terms and contracts

The pricing pages set out the numbers a buyer needs before a budget meeting.

Pricing is quoted per unit in EUR excluding 23% IVA, and the unit cost falls as the run grows, because setup work spreads across more pieces. The tiers a Portuguese buyer meets most often are a starter programme at 30 to 50 units, a standard programme at 100 to 250, and a volume programme at 500 and above.

Each tier carries its own production window. The starter tier produces a pre production sample within 5 days and mass production 5 to 8 days after the sample is signed off. The standard tier produces a sample within 5 to 7 days and mass production 7 to 10 days after approval. The volume tier adds multi language packaging and a tracking code on each shipment, with a sample window of 7 to 10 days.

Payment terms start at 30% deposit with the balance on delivery, and a net 15 arrangement becomes available after a credit check. The enterprise tier covers 1,000 units and above and carries net 45 terms, while the annual and enterprise procurement contracts add preferred vendor onboarding and agreed service levels.
