The e invoice session is the most operationally urgent. Portugal's move to a single electronic invoicing system changes the document format, the mandatory dates, the way an invoice is flagged for reverse charge and the codes that come back when a document is rejected. The session walks through the flows and the XML format, because an ERP wired for the old regime will not survive the change.
The ESG session covers what the corporate sustainability reporting directive means for merchandise, how Scope 3 data is collected for goods that leave the organisation, and how the EU Green Claims Directive and the deforestation regulation change a claim a buyer is allowed to make. It ends with the budget consequence, which is usually the part the finance team needed.
The AI session looks at where generative tools genuinely help in a merch brief, from artwork production to supplier search, and where they produce work that cannot be approved. The Pantone session covers the colour of the year and the wider trend palette, the fabrics that will be dyed to them, and what that means for a price and for a delivery date.
