Twenty four whitepapers on corporate merch
Twenty four papers long enough to carry an argument, with the practical consequence placed at the top.

The whitepapers
Each paper ends with a checklist a buyer can take into a planning meeting.
The regulatory cluster is the largest group here, and for a reason. Corporate merch touches the sustainability reporting directive, the packaging rules, textile extended producer responsibility and the deforestation regulation, and each of them reaches a buyer through a data request rather than through a product. The papers set out the obligation, the data it needs and the document that evidences it.
The second group is about the economics of the programmes themselves: the cost of a rush order, what on demand production changes, how a merchandise budget behaves across an economic cycle, and how to measure the return on a programme that runs through an HR budget rather than a marketing one. The numbers are the ones we quote in Portugal, in EUR excluding 23% IVA.
The third group covers the craft side: print technology evolution, packaging trends through 2028, colour science and the shift between Pantone seasons, and the difference between working inside the EU and supplying from the United States. Every paper closes with the documentation question, because in Portuguese procurement the document is what makes the order legitimate.
