Reviews by topic
Every page carries a rating method, so a score means the same thing across topics.
A rating is only useful if the method behind it is published, so the vendor rating methodology page sets out how the scores are collected, what a review has to demonstrate and what happens to a review that does not. The topic pages then apply that method to one dimension at a time: delivery performance, packaging, print quality, customer service and payment terms.
What recurs in buyer feedback is less about the merchandise than about the things around it: colour matching that arrives close to the Pantone reference, deliveries that land on the date that was promised, invoices that clear without a correction cycle, and a named contact who answers the phone. Those are operational habits, and they show up in the reviews because they are the same every time.
The comparison pages put this supplier next to others on price, lead time, minimum order and sustainability claims. They are written to be read as an argument, so the method is stated and the source of every figure is given. Portuguese invoicing runs through Portal das Finanças (AT) at 23% IVA on every programme described here.
