The annual reviews
Each review covers the year it names, with the figures and the changes.
A year in review is useful for two reasons. It records what the programme actually looked like, which is a more accurate reference than the plan that preceded it, and it records what changed in the market during the same year, which is usually the reason the programme had to change. Both reviews cover a full calendar year of deliveries run from the Lisbon hub.
The commercial pattern in the reviews is consistent: EUR pricing excluding 23% IVA issued through Portal das Finanças (AT), with net 30 and net 45 SEPA the dominant payment term on established accounts. The second review covers the year in which the product mix widened, and it is the one to read if you are comparing a programme you ran against one a peer ran.
Both are written for a buyer who wants the honest version, including the orders that did not go to plan and what the supplier did about them. The 2024 review sets the baseline, and the 2025 review shows what changed in the year after it.
