The reports

Each report states the movement, the number and the planning consequence.

The minimum order landscape shifted in two directions at once. Sub 50 unit specialty runs grew, which suits VIP, recruiting and executive gifting, while runs of 10,000 and above grew at the other end. Four standard bands are quoted per SKU now: 25, 50 and 100 for specialty work, 250, 500 and 1,000 for events, 2,500 and 5,000 for annual programmes, and 10,000 and above for mass distribution.

Print methods moved too. UV print on rigid items grew sharply, because a full colour gradient on metal, glass or wood now runs from a minimum of 50 units, a job that used to need 250 pieces and a screen. That changes the price of short runs of hard goods more than it changes the price of a large apparel programme.

The budget report gives the spend bands a Portuguese corporate programme lands in, and the resilience report covers what happens to a delivery date when the route changes. Lead times follow the shift: specialty work at 7 to 10 days from approval, mid tier at 12 to 18 days on EU supply, and 21 to 28 days when shipping from an audited source in Asia. Pricing is in EUR excluding 23% IVA.
