The buyer personas

Each page describes what that role asks for, what it worries about and how to answer it.

A persona page is written for one person. The CFO wants predictability, clean invoicing and payment terms that fit the cash cycle. The chief procurement officer wants three comparable proposals on a standard template, certification evidence and an audit trail. The creative director wants a brand that survives its translation into fabric. None of them wants the same thing, and a single programme pitch rarely satisfies two of them.

The pages separate what each role needs from what it will say it needs. A procurement lead often asks about unit price first and about the audit trail later, which is the wrong order, because the audit trail is what decides whether the order can be placed at all. The persona pages put the qualification questions first so they arrive in the right sequence.

Delivery terms run consistently across the roles: standard production takes 5 to 8 working days from artwork approval, and rush production shortens that to 3 to 5 days at a higher unit cost. Payment terms in these pages run from a deposit and balance to net 30 and net 45 on established accounts, and Portuguese invoices carry 23% IVA through Portal das Finanças (AT).
