Detailed FAQ — delivery
Same-day in Lisboa — how?
Orders ready by 11:00 from our Lisboa hub are delivered the same afternoon within the AML metropolitan area. We dispatch by van for ≥3 pallets and by city courier for smaller loads.
Next-day for mainland Portugal?
Yes, CTT Expresso and DPD provide 24-hour service to Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Faro and most district capitals.
Madeira and Açores?
3–5 working days via maritime + last-mile in the autonomous regions. Different IVA rates apply (22% Madeira, 16% Açores).
Split across multiple stores?
Yes. Multi-location splits across HQs, branches and store networks are quoted at a flat per-drop fee. We pre-pack and label each carton with the destination.
EU-wide delivery?
Single Market — no customs declaration, no duties, only the reverse-charge IVA entry on the invoice. Standard 2–4 working days to most EU capitals via DHL / DPD / UPS.
Non-EU delivery (UK, Switzerland, MENA, Brazil)?
We issue CMR / AWB, commercial invoice and EUR.1 certificate of origin where preferential treatment applies. DAP or DDP — most clients choose DAP.
Direct stand drop at events?
Yes — FIL (Feira Internacional de Lisboa), Altice Arena, MEO Arena, Centro de Congressos de Lisboa, Web Summit Pavilion at Parque das Nações. We coordinate with exhibitor pass-holders and venue logistics.
Insurance?
Up to 1,000 EUR cargo cover is included; above that we top up to declared value at insurer rates (~0.3% of declared value).
Portugal-specific notes
Intra-EU shipments stay in the Single Market with no customs, only the IVA reverse-charge entry on the AT-certified invoice. Non-EU shipments need CMR/AWB, commercial invoice and EUR.1 for preferential tariffs. Mainland Portugal IVA is 23%; reduced 22% (Madeira) and 16% (Açores) apply by region of delivery. Payment for transport follows the same SEPA / 50–50 / Net 30 logic.
