Corporate merch for events in Portugal
Trade-show and conference merchandise — booth give-aways, attendee kits, sponsor drops and festival merchandise for events across Lisboa, Porto, the Algarve and Madeira.
Event merch is high-volume and deadline-driven
Event merchandise is one of the most deadline-driven programmes in the merchandise industry. An attendee kit for a 5,000-person conference has to be in the venue, on the registration desk, before doors open — no exceptions. A festival merchandise programme for a 50,000-attendee event has to be in the venue, on the merch stand, before the gates open. A Lisboa–based event organiser running Web Summit, BTL, Futurália or Rock in Rio Lisboa programmes the merch calendar months in advance, but the operational window is unforgiving.
Three principles guide a credible event merch programme:
- Lead-time discipline. Book the strike-off slot by mid-October for Q1 events and by mid-April for Q3 events; production capacity in Lisbon is fully allocated by week 45 of the year and week 25 for summer peaks.
- Volume tiers. Above 10,000 units, dedicated production-line blocks are reserved 6 weeks ahead; below 1,000 units, runs merge with standard production slots.
- On-site delivery. For Lisbon convention venues (FIL — Feira Internacional de Lisboa, Centro de Congressos, Centro Cultural de Belém), drop-off at the loading dock on setup day is standard.
