Connect your WooCommerce store to Corp-Merch with the official app, scoped to read products and write orders. New orders in WooCommerce are mirrored to our fulfillment pipeline; shipments and tracking flow back. The SKU map is maintained in the dashboard with per-variant overrides so packs and bundles in Portugal reconcile cleanly. VAT 23% is computed server-side using WooCommerce tax classes and AT mapping, with the gross/net split visible before each push.
How to wire it up — Webhooks and the WooCommerce Admin API
Install the Corp-Merch app from the WooCommerce store, then authorise the scopes: read_products, read_orders, write_orders, write_fulfillments. We subscribe to orders/create, orders/paid and orders/cancelled. Outbound webhooks from Corp-Merch (order.shipped, return.received, invoice.issued) post back to your endpoint or directly to the order timeline as notes — including the AT invoice id so AP in Portugal can reconcile.
Operations and edge cases — Refunds, returns, custom items
Custom items (made-to-order merch) skip the WooCommerce inventory engine and go straight to our production queue; tracking back-references the original WooCommerce order. Refunds and returns are mirrored both ways so finance sees one source of truth. Idempotency keys derived from WooCommerce order ids prevent duplicates across retries. VAT 23% adjustments on partial refunds are recomputed and re-issued via AT.
