Terms of service
Contractual terms that govern quotes, orders and deliveries placed with Corp-Merch.PT in Portugal.
Scope, quotes and order acceptance
These Terms apply to all B2B quotes, orders and deliveries by Corp-Merch.PT. A quote is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. An order becomes binding when we issue a written confirmation. Tolerance for printed and embroidered items is ±3% on quantity and ±1mm on placement; minor colour variations between batches are inherent to textile production and not grounds for return.
Pricing, delivery and risk transfer
Prices are net of VAT and quoted in EUR (PL: also PLN). Delivery is DAP per Incoterms 2020 unless agreed otherwise. Risk passes to the customer on unloading. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or production-partner force majeure; we will however notify within 24 hours and offer rescheduling. Defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photographs and batch code.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, excluding conflict-of-laws rules and the CISG. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the capital of Portugal. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer's habitual residence are unaffected. Statutory cooling-off rights for distance contracts apply only to B2C orders, which we generally do not accept.
